1.What is air slide fabric?
The new air slide fabric (air slide canvas) is developed by our factory adopts advanced technology. It is suitable for pneumatic transportation of powdery materials such as cement and alumina. It is also suitable for pneumatic conveying devices of other powder and granular materials. An airslide belt is in the middle of a chute. Powder material will come into the chute above Airslide belt. Material will flow to the chute lower side as pneumatic blower down Airslide belt.The product is spread between the material and the air chamber, the following is the gas chamber, the above is the material, under the action of air pressure through the product, the material fluidized, so as to achieve the purpose of transport.
Our air slide fabric is named as Airslide fabric, Air slide cloth, Air slide canvas, Air Slide Belt Fabric, and Fluidization cloth, Fabrics for Air Slides.

2.Can customers cut the air slide fabric by self?
Yes, but after cutting, the airslide cloth need to be edge treatment. Use a heated electric iron to cut the edges of the airslide fabric.

3.Precautions for installing air slide fabrics
The air slide fabrics are arranged in the middle of the air slide, The upper air slide body is the material chamber, the lower air chute body is an air chamber. In the installation, we should pay attention to prevent fire burned air slide fabric. To prevent the welding slag, cutting the block will burn out, affecting the normal air permeability.
Install the buffer plate at the inlet. In the use of wide breathable fabrics need porous liner, protective breathable layer, thereby extending the use of period.

4.How to store airslide fabric?
Air slide fabrics should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse. It is strictly forbidden to mix the air permeable fabric with oil chemicals, and should be protected against moisture and away from heat sources. 

5.What is fluidising fabric used for?
Material will flow to the chute lower side as pneumatic blower down Airslide belt.The product is spread between the material and the air chamber, the following is the gas chamber, the above is the material, under the action of air pressure through the product, the material fluidized, so as to achieve the purpose of transport.

6.Working principle of air slide fabric
In cement plant:
An Airslide belt is in the middle of a chute. Powder material will come into the chute above Airslide belt. Material will flow to the chute lower side as pneumatic blower down Airslide belt. That's why we say Airslide belt can move powder material because of the wind power. And then, the rest wind will go out from the top of the chute. Through the moving, no parts moved except powder material. So that it can spare more energy and maintain cost, etc.
fluidization silo:
Our Airslide canvas is installed on the surface of the silo bottom. It is supplied for installation as aeration units on the sloped conical bottoms of bins and silos to aid in the withdrawal of dry relatively free-flowing material.
 
Each Airslide aeration unit package consists of 200mm open-type. Airslide conveyor units in lengths of 1.5 or 3m depend on the slope length of the conical storage area. Some spoke patterns are normally used with materials which have good fluidization characteristics.
