Description
The pneumatic conveying chute is composed of the upper and lower chutes, which are separated by specially made wear-resistant chemical fiber as air slide fabric. This air slide fabric has a much longer life than the old chute air slide fabric. When the high pressure air enters the lower groove and passes through the air slide fabric, the material in the upper groove will flow in a state and achieve the purpose of transportation under the action of gravity.
The maintenance and repair process of air slide fabric is as follows:
1, Stop → break the connection → lock → confirm;
2, Remove the shell with bolts → remove the shell → remove the bolts at both ends of the air slide fabric → remove the air slide fabric;
3, Install new air slide fabric: spreads out the air slide fabric on the chute and align the end and side → in silicone rubber on the end plate to cover the upper plate → use gas cutting red-hot 8 mm steel punching the air slide fabric to use bolt to fix this end → the other end of the plywood and manual hoist will be air slide fabric straightening and fixed to mount shell plastic and rubber gasket seal → with red-hot steel drill hole → on both sides of the mounting bolts and tighten.
4, Clear the working area → inform the operator to start the fan or air compressor → check for air leakage with soapy water → confirm.
