Description
The air chute transport is a transport device that uses air to flow solid particles down the chute in a fluidized state. The chute is composed of two upper and lower grooves, and a special wear-resistant chemical fiber (air slide belts) is used as a gas permeable layer to separate the upper and lower grooves. When the high-pressure air enters the lower trough and enters through the air slide belts, the material in the upper trough is made into a fluid state, and flows under the action of gravity to achieve the purpose of transportation. The main part of the air chute has no transmission parts, the sealing operation is convenient to manage, the starting and parking are easy, the working noise is small, and the conveying capacity is large.
The air slide belts is suitable for pneumatic conveying of cement factory air chute, homogenizing tank inflatable box, and pneumatic conveying of dust materials in bulk cement trucks, bulk cement vessels, power plants, aluminum plants, and the like.
